Community Open Track
Open Track @ Shadow Ridge is open to all ages and abilities. The mission of Open Track is to provide the community an opportunity to improve fitness through fellowship and exercise. Coach Nietert provides workouts for all levels of runners and multiple distances. If you are looking to just walk or jog consistently, you can do that too. We meet every Wednesday Night at Shadow Ridge. 6:15 pm will start warm ups and drills followed by the workout at 6:30 pm. We will provide instruction and everything you need. This is a training and informative opportunity for all levels. Our Program follows 12 week cycles focused to improve endurance and speed. We progress in those weeks in 3 blocks of Endurance, Alternations, Pace, and Speed. Come out and join us. -

Monsoon Fall Football Camp
This Fall camp is geared towards preparing middle schoolers for freshman football season. This camp will consist of live practices, film study, and weight training. -
RSL Winter Soccer 2026
Dysart is partnering with RSL Soccer to offer an elevated recreational soccer experience! This is open to all K-10 students, students do not need to attend a Dysart school to participate. RSL-AZ West Valley's Recreational Youth Development Soccer League is designed as an introductory program for players ages 4 years & up. Our goal is to provide each child with an organized positive environment to play the great game of soccer. Our season runs 8 weeks with 8 practices (1 hour per week)and 7 games at the cost of $95 per player. Practices will be held on weeknights and run by volunteer coaches with an RSL-AZ curriculum. Games will be coached by Volunteer Coaches. The fee includes 7 games (all on Friday Nights), a medal or trophy for each child and one practice session per week. Jersey sets are a one-time fee for $30 and can be used every season. Games & Practices at Countryside Elementary School. Volunteers and Coaches needed Coaches will receive a 100% off registration for up to 2 children. Email lkelly@rslaz.org for the discount code to complete registration. An open gym in the morning to provide a place for students to go who are dropped off early for school. We will call it Tiger Sports Club. There will be a variety of activities for students to participate in. Valley Vista Thundercats Wrestling Club
Thundercats wrestling program is designed to introduce young athletes to the sport of wrestling while developing the skills, discipline, confidence, toughness and character needed to succeed at the next level. The program aims to provide age-appropriate instruction from kindergarten through 8th grade, progressively developing athletes from basic movement skills and fundamentals to advanced techniques and competition. The ultimate goal isn't simply to produce better youth wrestlers-it is to develop well-rounded athletes and prepare them for long-term success in the sport of wrestling. 5-6pm is for brand new wrestlers. 6-7:30pm is designed for a bit more seasoned athletes. All are welcome to come the entire time.
