  • Community Open Track
    Physical Enrichment

    Open Track @ Shadow Ridge is open to all ages and abilities. The mission of Open Track is to provide the community an opportunity to improve fitness through fellowship and exercise. Coach Nietert provides workouts for all levels of runners and multiple distances. If you are looking to just walk or jog consistently, you can do that too. We meet every Wednesday Night at Shadow Ridge. 6:15 pm will start warm ups and drills followed by the workout at 6:30 pm. We will provide instruction and everything you need. This is a training and informative opportunity for all levels. Our Program follows 12 week cycles focused to improve endurance and speed. We progress in those weeks in 3 blocks of Endurance, Alternations, Pace, and Speed. Come out and join us.

  • SRHS XC Spring Run Camp
    Physical Enrichment

    All Elementary and Middle School Dysart cross country runners are invited to come out for a 3 day run camp. With the help of SRHS XC Runners your runners will learn proper warm up drills, stretches, injury prevention, race tactics, nutrition, proper run form and much more. The first two days of the camp will have multiple stations to work on all different run form mechanics and drills to improve efficiency and speed. Runners will go home with information on rest, nutrition, and hydration.
