Community Open Track
Open Track @ Shadow Ridge is open to all ages and abilities. The mission of Open Track is to provide the community an opportunity to improve fitness through fellowship and exercise. Coach Nietert provides workouts for all levels of runners and multiple distances. If you are looking to just walk or jog consistently, you can do that too. We meet every Wednesday Night at Shadow Ridge. 6:15 pm will start warm ups and drills followed by the workout at 6:30 pm. We will provide instruction and everything you need. This is a training and informative opportunity for all levels. Our Program follows 12 week cycles focused to improve endurance and speed. We progress in those weeks in 3 blocks of Endurance, Alternations, Pace, and Speed. Come out and join us. -

RSL Spring Soccer
Dysart is partnering with RSL Soccer to offer an elevated recreational soccer experience! This is open to all K-10 students, students do not need to attend a Dysart school to participate. RSL-AZ West Valley's Recreational Youth Development Soccer League is designed as an introductory program for players ages 4 years & up. Our goal is to provide each child with an organized positive environment to play the great game of soccer. Our season runs 8 weeks with 8 practices (1 hour per week)and 7 games at the cost of $100 per player. Practices will be held on weeknights and run by volunteer coaches with an RSL-AZ curriculum. Games will be coached by Volunteer Coaches. The fee includes 7 games (all on Friday Nights), a medal or trophy for each child and one practice session per week. Jersey sets are a one-time fee for $30 and can be used every season. Games & Practices at Countryside Elementary School. Volunteers: Coaches needed Coaches will receive a 100% off registration for up to 2 children. Email lkelly@rslaz.org for the discount code to complete registration. SRHS XC Spring Run Camp
All Elementary and Middle School Dysart cross country runners are invited to come out for a 3 day run camp. With the help of SRHS XC Runners your runners will learn proper warm up drills, stretches, injury prevention, race tactics, nutrition, proper run form and much more. The first two days of the camp will have multiple stations to work on all different run form mechanics and drills to improve efficiency and speed. Runners will go home with information on rest, nutrition, and hydration.Starting Soon -
