Cobra Lacrosse Summer

Lacrosse is a fast-paced team sport that anyone can play! Using a lacrosse stick participants scoop, pass and score by combining elements of hockey, baseball, soccer, and basketball.

The Cobra Lacrosse program uses modified rules for safety and development, focusing on stick skills (cradling, catching, shooting), teamwork, physical fitness, and FUN!

Who: Boys and Girls K thru 6th grade
K-2: 5-6pm3-4: 6-7pm5-6: 7-8pm

No experience necessary – Beginners and advanced players are welcome

Lacrosse sticks are provided, or you can bring your own

Tennis balls are used with limited contact, so no protective gear is required
